Added the phone number validation for guinea country in isMobilePhone.js file

I have did some wikipedia research and also checked on google libphonenumber.js npm package for this

According to https://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-t/oth/02/02/T020200005B0002PDFE.pdf these are all reserved for GSM mobile services. Although it seems that not all are used. Can you provide me with a source from https://www.arpt.gov.gn/ (or related government website) with a current list of operators and their mobile phone numbers?
