As aaudio document says:

The AAudio API is not completely thread safe. You cannot call some of the AAudio functions concurrently from more than one thread at a time. This is because AAudio avoids using mutexes

ndk::AudioStream could not be Sync, but that doesn't mean its not Send

These changes help up for migrating from Oboe to ndk::audio in cpal crate.
