Summary:

This class can be internalized as part of the initiative to reduce the public API surface. I've checked there are no relevant OSS usages.

Changelog:

[INTERNAL] - Make com.facebook.react.util.JSStackTrace internal

Test Plan:

yarn test-android
yarn android
