Summary:

PR migrates DynamicFromObject class to Kotlin as part of #50513 work.

Changelog:

[ANDROID] [CHANGED] - Migrated DynamicFromObject to Kotlin

Test Plan:

Run RN-Tester application and played around with it a bit.
