This is a proposal to fix the issue #4875.
Currently when a
ContractTransactionResponseis created from aTransactionResponsewith a specific startBlock, the startBlock from theTransactionResponseis lost for theContractTransactionResponseleaving theContractTransactionResponseunable to track the transaction replacement.
