The Benefits section of the understanding document for criterion 1.4.5 Images of Text lists the beneficiaries of the criterion instead of its benefits. That is odd, and not in line with most (or maybe all) other criterions, where the actual benefits are explained.
I might not have expressed my point very well. :-)
Listing the beneficiaries is an excellent idea, but it should be accompanied by the actual benefits, as is the case for Use of Color. Images of Text gives the impression of meeting notes. In its current form, the heading doesn't describe the topic or purpose.
I'm not sure I am the right person for this particular job, but I will try and have a go at it anyway.
