It is my understanding that the reduce-motion settings for CSS in web as well as prefers-reduced-motion features for apps in devices is primarily for the AAA 2.3.3 Animation from Interaction. Does the statement above indicate that reduce-motion could also be applied to 2.5.4? I'm a bit confused since neither link that is in the 2.5.4 Resources section is about the reduce motion setting.
I think the sentence in question may be intended to state instead,
The understanding document for Animation from Interactions includes links for changing the reduce motion setting.
