I don't find a way to publicly refer to our task force's work.
I feel they should have a dedicated page and a way to label related issues so we could collect broader inputs and make our work better known.

If the TF (or any other TF, for that matter) wants to have its own github repo, it is easy to set one up. Repositories are cheap.

(If we end up having a separate document, it is probably better to have in done under the epub-spec repository for consistency's sake, though.)
