The num of dynamically serving LoRA adapters can not limited by param max-loras ?

i served the model by follow codes:

vllm serve meta-llama/Llama-2-7b-hf \
    --enable-lora \
    --max-loras 3

When I added a fourth adapter using interface /v1/load_lora_adapter, it was still added successfully.
It's worth mentioning that I'm naming the same lora differently. So I'm wondering, is it because these loras are considered as the same lora or is the dynamically serving function not affected by the parameter max-loras?
