Regression: Previous Release

Repro Steps:

Go to "HELP AND FEEDBACK" view -> Click "Review issues" or "Report Issue" to open the "Select the Azure extension..." list.
Check whether an extra option "Managed Identity" shows in the "Select the Azure extension..." list.

Expect:
No option "Managed Identity" shows in the "Select the Azure extension..." list.

Actual:
An extra option "Managed Identity" shows in the "Select the Azure extension..." list.

This issue also reproduces when executing "Azure: Review Issues..." or "Azure: Report Issue..." command.
