Repro Steps:

Sign out from all accounts in VS Code.
Check whether the sign-out is successful.

Expect:
The sign-out is successful without any errors.

Actual:
An error message appears after signing out.

More Info:
This issue doesn't reproduce when setting "Microsoft-authentication: Implementation" to "classic".
