[dev-v5] Fix demo design

There are several issues within the design of the demo project for v5.

Obviously this is still in early alpha but I submit this issue anyways so you can have them on your radar! :)

I have run the project in latest Firefox and in Safari on iOS 18.4

I try to cover all of them I have found in this issue:

Footer

The footer will be cut-off on mobile:

Scrollbars

Several demos have scrollbars to the right because the content within it overflows. For example:

This basically happens in almost every demo:

Menu items

Many of the menu items are not clickable. Only the text itself. This is a bit confusing since the entire block has a hover effect.

Menu won't open

After I'm using the menu on mobile it randomly won't open anymore until I do a page refresh. I haven't figured out yet when this happens.

Cannot scroll within main menu

I cannot scroll within the main menu on the left until I have reached the bottom of the site. This happens for me on desktop. For example on this page.

This is not in any way a final design of functionality. We just needed a vehicle to get the demos out there while still missing a lot of the 'v4' components (NavMenu, Tabs, etc).
