Describe the Bug

https://github.com/elastic/detection-rules/blob/main/detection_rules/etc/deprecated_rules.json contains 77 entries, but the https://github.com/elastic/detection-rules/tree/main/rules/_deprecated folder has 95 files.

Expected Behavior

We should investigate and update the deprecated_rules.json file and related code to reflect deprecations.
